Olivier Fernández and his team have prepared a very sweet and special session for the second edition of the Sirius Cookery Course: the creation of small works of art (mignardises, macarons), remarkable mini patisseries and pastries, special creations for serving on superyachts.  It will be a double session –theory and practical – and will be carried out in collaboration with the Barcelona Confectionery Guild School and the Chocolate Museum.  A limited availability treat.
